Job Purpose
The Senior Projects Executive will own the day-to-day delivery of small to medium projects and support with large and complex projects. Responsible for creative briefings, resource engagement, workstream delivery, execution and measurement, projects play a pivotal role in delivering business change and supporting the wider marketing and communications function.
You will be part of the Project Marketing team, reporting into the Projects Marketing Manager and as a team you will have the opportunity to drive transformation, increase efficiency and build sustainable solutions for project marketing and communications delivery. You will have the opportunity to grow and apply your skill by seeking supporting metrics and feedback to improve processes and overall marketing impact.
What You'll Do
• Support project planning and delivery of activities in a matrixed environment that directly impact various business lines and customers
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of marketing & communications deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery aligned to agreed project plan
• Ensure clear communications between various stakeholders and proactively update the business on progress, by translating project asks into clear creative communications briefs
• Support the marketing function and project delivery to evolve and grow by capturing best practices, key measurements and feedback
• Support with ad-hoc asks to deliver creative assets, ensure the correct approval processes are followed
• Ensure that all marketing collateral and literature developed on and offline is approved by relevant stakeholders, adheres to brand guidelines
• Manage centralised activity calendars and champion good asset management
Who You Are

• You have previous experience in channel management and good understanding of email building and digital tools

Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Practical experience in a marketing communications role is necessary, for example:
• Experience in communications campaigns or marketing project management highly regulated industries
• Experience in working in large corporate matrixed environments with stakeholders at all levels or Marketing agency experience working with Financial Services clients or highly regulated industries
• Experience of leading the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns
• Experience in managing workflows
Qualifications
Desirable:
• Degree level education in Marketing, General Business, Journalism, Languages
• Marketing qualification - CIM or equivalent
