Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Specialist (12-month fixed-term contract) to support the CITO function and European Teams during this transformation. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and evolving environment, where you will play a hands-on role in supporting HR operations and key people processes. You’ll gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders, making it an ideal role for someone looking to grow and develop their HR career.

What you will help us to achieve

Support day-to-day HR operations 

  • Help manage employee and organisational updates in our HR system (SuccessFactors) 
  • Support changes such as promotions, salary updates, and team restructures 
  • Work closely with HR, payroll and managers to ensure changes are delivered smoothly and on time 
  • Assist with employment contracts, documentation and HR processes 

Be involved in core HR processes 

  • Support performance and compensation cycles (communications, timelines, reporting) 
  • Help coordinate workforce planning and approvals processes 
  • Assist with employee relations administration and HR case coordination 

Support hiring, onboarding and employee experience 

  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activity 
  • Help onboard new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience 
  • Support probation tracking and follow-ups 

Get involved in learning, wellbeing and compliance 

  • Help track mandatory training and support learning initiatives 
  • Support wellbeing and health & safety programmes 
  • Act as a contact point for occupational health coordination 

Work with HR data and insights 

  • Produce and analyse people reports and dashboards 
  • Help identify trends and support data-driven decision making 

Be a trusted HR contact for managers and employees 

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes 
  • Support managers with people-related queries and challenges 
  • Help deliver HR communications and manager briefings 

Support projects and continuous improvement 

  • Get involved in HR projects and wider people initiatives 
  • Support internal audits and process improvements 
  • Help create clear and engaging HR communications  

What you will need to be successful in the role

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience and a general understanding of core HR areas such as recruitment, talent management and employee relations  
  • Comfortable using HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and managing employee data with accuracy  
  • Confidence working with data, including producing reports and spotting key trends or insights  
  • Good knowledge of tools like Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting and presentations  
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences  
  • Curious and eager to learn new ways of working, seeking innovative process improvements 
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities  
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams  
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on problem solving, delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
