Role Overview

The Procurement & Contracts Manager will be responsible for reporting and analysis for sourcing and third party risk to provide key insight and enable decision making. You will support the roll out and management of tooling across our European entities and ensure the supplier lifecycle is followed as per Supplier Risk Policy.

What you will help us to achieve

•    Manage and contribute to supplier relationship management, effective cost management and operational efficiency across the lines of business & other assigned projects.
•    Drive for and facilitate implementations of strong system of governance, internal controls.
•    Provide accurate agreed reports to the Head of Function and Finance leads on a timely manner.
•    Maintain a good supplier relationship which promotes the company’s reputation for fair dealing practices.
•    Accurate recording of supplier relationships (Contracts, SLA performance, spends).
•    Ensure contract owners comply with all supplier risk management procedures.
•    Build strong relationship with contract owners to ensure compliance.
•    Manage assigned supplier relationships, ensuring standard of supplier account manager through on-going meetings with both supplier and applicable user community, manage all risk associated with contract management, provide continuous review of supplier performance resilience and financial stability, together with questionnaire reviews.
•    Manage the negotiation and documentation of all assigned contracts.
•    Operate effectively in a challenging commercial and cost management environment.
•    Gain buy in form all relevant stakeholders for contracts. 
•    Involve stakeholders in problem solving and decision making process while providing leadership and making decisions when required for all projects / contracts involvement. 

What you will need to be successful in the role

•    Relevant Third Level Qualifications – IIPMM Exams or similar  business qualifciatons
•    Experience in a Procurement & Contracts function
•    Experience in the negotiation of complex contracts
•    Experience in managing cross functional teams 
•    Exposure in dealing with Senior Leadership Team and external professionals
•    Proven ability to encourage full participation and commitment among teams
•    Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and fairly
•    Experience in Resourcing, Cloud and Technology categories
