Role Overview

Reporting to the CLRe Dublin Head of Operations, the project manager will project manage strategic change and operational improvement initiatives throughout the CLRe Dublin office. You will have the skills and experience to quickly become productive and to plan, structure, lead and execute a mix of business projects.

What you will help us to achieve

•    Design and implement CRS Dublin Project Governance framework.
•    Ensure successful and effective delivery of strategic change and operational projects.
•    Deliver the agreed scope to the expected quality, within budget and agreed timeframe.
•    Assemble, coordinate, manage and control project resources and tasks.
•    Proactive and timely management of risks and issues.
•    Managing project priorities and delivery schedule - develop and maintain full scale project plans, defining deliverables, milestones, and critical path.
•    Management of stakeholders; communicate and coordinate with project team members and stakeholders, including IT, business, and potentially third-party vendors.
•    Budget management, control, and reporting. 
•    Maintain and present project governance decks, data, and reporting materials.
•    Project Closure and post implementation reviews; conduct project retrospectives / lessons learned and create recommendations that will improve future project delivery.

What you will need to be successful in the role

•    Have 5+ years’ proven experience managing projects across technology and business with a track record of delivering projects on-time, within scope and on budget while ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
•    Experience of specific project management methodologies.
•    Proactive problem solver – drive and ability to get to the root of a problem and put corrective actions and preventative measures in place.
•    Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise and operate in complex environments.
•    Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally from Executive to Team level.
•    Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the team, with stakeholders, external vendors and across the organisation.
•    Proficient user of MS Office 365 tools (such as MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms and Lists etc.).
•    Experience in the Financial Services industry an advantage.
•    Primary degree qualification in Technology /  Business / Finance related discipline.
•    Professional Project Management certification an advantage.
