Role Overview
Based in Dublin, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management in the Strategy Execution Office, the Project Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of change incorporating the management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies whilst adhering to all governance and compliance standards.
What you will help us to achieve
• Verify, validate and manage scope, work packages, and change requests with stakeholders.
• Manage budget, schedule and quality
• Ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards
• Prepare project updates on status and value metrics as input into Programme Steering Materials on initiative level
• Track and manage risks, issues, and key deliverables including adoption activities
• Record and monitor assumptions and dependencies
What you will need to be successful in the role
• Can manage medium complexity projects across multiple department or service lines, with external suppliers.
• Manages own learning and development needs.
• Minimum of 5 years of project and/or project management experience.
• PM Practitioner in PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP is preferable.
• Proficiency in tools of the trade (e.g. Clarity, Jira, Confluence, MSOffice suite, Miro) desirable
