Role Overview
As our new Client Reporting Specialist you will be part of a team responsible for the development, production and distribution of an increasingly broad range of client investment and related reporting outputs, which span the full range of Keyridge clients, funds and fund platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop as SME within a team responsible for the development, production and distribution of an increasingly broad range of client investment and related reporting outputs, which span the full range of ILIM clients, funds and fund platforms.
- Responsible for the production, delivery and development of client reports and will actively support and enable the efficient delivery of new client reporting service outcomes as required.
- Compile fund fact sheets and periodic investment reports with meaningful and accurate fund data and market commentary to ensure clients and their agents are receiving timely, accurate and relevant fund analysis from ILIM and that all their needs are being met in line with service standards.
- Solve problems based on specialist detailed knowledge and/or breadth of expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients receive a high standard of service.
- Participate in the operational strength agenda, providing support to the management team to ensure the continued development and enhancement of services provided.
- Take a lead role in delivering and co-ordinating specific or project related tasks within the team, keeping all plans on track and achieving objectives on time, whilst taking a lead proactive role in achieving overall team objectives.
- Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
What you will need to be successful in the role
- Numerate with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate information in a clear concise manner.
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in tasks undertaken.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships which will assist with ‘getting the job done’.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories and practices within the funds industry, typically gained through advanced education and industry experience.
- A third level degree ideally in a relevant discipline is desirable.
