Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our retail sales division analytics team. You will play a key role in extracting insights from our data, supporting business decisions and helping to shape our customer engagement and product development strategies. 


The successful candidate will play a key role in leveraging data and technology to deliver data solutions which address business challenges and support the business in achieving its objectives.

What you will help us to achieve

•    Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to identify trends and help shape customer engagement initiatives.
•    Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the business.
•    Collaborate with teams in marketing, customer engagement and product development to deliver actionable customer insights.
•    Support the development and enhancement of predictive models (e.g. customer retention, propensity to buy).
•    Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven experiments and initiatives.
•    Evaluate data quality, integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
•    Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data processes and capability.

What you will need to be successful in the role

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. data science, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline) 
•    Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, DataRobot or similar.
•    Data science skill advantageous.
•    Experience in a data analytics, data science, or similar role 
•    Appreciation and understanding of the regulatory environment.
