Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team to help develop the company’s digital presence.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive digital marketing professional with an understanding of the B2B financial services landscape, capable of driving digital strategy and engagement.
You will have the opportunity to shape the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy in a small team, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
Team Background
- This role sits within our Marketing team and reports to our Head of Investment Communications and Marketing.
- This team has oversight/responsibility for the firm’s investment voice, corporate communications, marketing and PR.
More specific responsibilities will include
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to promote content tailored to the target audience, supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise conversion rates, and engagement.
- Lead on development of content hub on company website as well as managing and updating website content incl key campaigns via Umbraco CMS
- Lead on SEO initiatives to improve website rankings and organic traffic for key search terms.
- Track and analyse web traffic, make data-driven decisions for improvements, and work with development teams for enhancements, where required.
- Present monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams, recommending strategic changes as needed.
- Own the strategy and execution of social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, focusing on thought leadership, news updates, and promoting key content, working alongside our digital partners.

- Oversee the rollout and integration of marketing automation tools to segment audiences, personalise campaigns, and automate lead nurturing processes.
What you will need to be successful in the role
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within the B2B or financial services sector.
- Experience working within the asset management, investment management, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (namely, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Understanding of SEO best practices, website management (Umbraco/WordPress or other CMS), and UX/UI principles.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in producing B2B content aimed at C-suite and institutional investors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
