As part of our continued expansion and business growth plans, we're looking for experienced Digital Financial Advisors to join our Financial Planning team that provide market-leading financial advice. The team provide financial advice remotely, making it easy for people to get the help they need to put a financial plan in place for the future, and to guide them through important milestones like buying a home or planning for retirement. This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert financial advice to such customers, make a real impact, and grow your career in an innovative and rewarding environment. Our Financial Advisors are uniquely positioned to build and develop long standing relationships with a portfolio of new and existing customers.

Build relationships
Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients, continuously working to achieve high standards through the Irish Life advice processes.


Elevate Client Satisfaction
Establish and develop relationships with the relevant teams and stakeholders both within Irish Life and your
corporate customer base to ensure that customers experience the benefits of the advice process. 


Compliance Champion
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements, all while providing the best professional advice.

You’ll be a Qualified Financial Advisor and be up to date on all Continuous Professional Development requirements (minimum requirement). Hold or be on the path of obtaining the Retirement Planning Advisor designation. You will also be subject to Fitness and Probity regulation as set out by Central Bank of Ireland.

Fitness & Probity:

This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.  Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.  This requires the company to complete prescribed due diligence to assess the appointee’s fitness and probity.  Further details on this due diligence process are available from HR.
