Role Overview

Our Finance Team is a central function within our business and we are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner who is looking for a challenge in a vibrant and growing environment. This is a diverse role across financial & management reporting, and business partnering for Investments.  The individual will need to be a strong accountant that can communicate and manage queries in an effective manner from senior management and across the business, alongside the production of monthly management information.  The role will report to the Finance Manager.  

What you will help us to achieve

 Preparing monthly flows and assets under management (AUM) reporting, and analysing and reporting results against budget.
 Act as a key business partner to Keyridge stakeholders particularly the Distribution team.
 Delivering monthly and quarterly Management Information (MI) for flows and AUM for the business.
 Preparing Executive Management Team (EMT), Group and Board Earnings, flows and AUM reporting monthly and quarterly in line with agreed timetables.
 Delivering quarterly financial reporting for assets under administration under tight timelines to Group Financial Control.
 Preparing & delivering AUM Regulatory returns in line with required deadlines.
 Involved in the annual budget cycle for each entity and quarterly forecasting.
 Preparing and submitting quarterly AUM declarations to external index providers.
 Preparing quarterly index fee cost recharges for indexed funds.
 Participating in the development and implementation of best practice controls, procedures, processes and systems for the development of the management and financial reporting environment.
 Ensuring ongoing compliance and risk requirements are met.
 Interaction with all internal business units and business units across the Group.
 Completing ad-hoc reporting requests.  

What you will need to be successful in the role

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and knowledge: 
 Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with proven post qualified experience, with a good working knowledge of investment management business
 Strong technical skills, previous management and financial reporting experience
 Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
 Motivated individual who uses their initiative
 Good communicator
 Attention to detail with a desire to continually improve systems and processes
 Proven track record of problem solving demonstrating an enterprising and resourceful ability to address challenges as they arise
 An enthusiastic individual who will represent the company in a professional manner
 Can demonstrate their ability to be flexible in terms of role deliverables
 Experience in Oracle, Smartview, and Simcorp Dimension would be beneficial
 Strong PC skills, especially Excel and an intuitive understanding of business systems.
