Keyridge Asset Management (“Keyridge”) is part of the Great-West Lifeco group of companies.  Keyridge is an investment firm providing portfolio management services to institutional clients based in Ireland, Europe, the UK and North America.  Assets under management as at 31 December 2025 are €157bn.  Keyridge, trading as Irish Life Investment Managers (“ILIM”) offers a range of indexed and active quantitative strategies, and also manages active fixed income, absolute return, infrastructure and property strategies. ILIM provides investment strategies on a collective investment basis via UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds, managed by its subsidiary Management Company, Summit Asset Managers (“SAM”). 

 

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Financial and Product Governance Manager, the successful applicant will join a small team dedicated to SAM, within the wider Keyridge Risk and Compliance function, supporting the development and operation of ILIM’s proprietary Funds and responsible for the governance and oversight requirements of SAM relating to the Funds.

What you will help us to achieve

•    Supporting the day-to-day operations of SAM and the Funds
•    Maintaining effective relationships with delegates, service providers, tax and legal advisors, and auditors
•    Supporting fund launches and the establishment of new investment vehicles 
•    Co-ordinating the payment of fund expenses, preparing annual expense budgets and monitoring expense accruals
•    Providing support to the annual and interim financial statements processes of the Funds, liaising with the fund administrators and auditors
•    Preparing management reporting including updates to Board meetings of SAM and the Funds
•    Contribute to projects or ad-hoc activities as and when they arise
•    Keep up to date with knowledge of the business and the regulatory environment

What you will need to be successful in the role

•    A third level qualification in a business discipline or equivalent work experience
•    Experience of either working in Fund Administration or similar type activities
•    Strong numeric capability
•    Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills 
•    An ability to manage and motivate oneself and use their initiative
•    Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills 
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
