Role Overview
This is a very exciting and high-impact opportunity to work with one of Irish Life’s top corporate clients, helping shape the future of workplace wellbeing in Ireland. As an on-site Health Promotion Officer (HPO), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored wellbeing programmes, driving meaningful and engagement change across a large, multi-site technology company.
You will have a high level of energy and a genuine passion for wellbeing, with a commitment to fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture. You’ll combine your expertise in wellbeing with strong commercial awareness and account management skills to deliver exceptional client experiences. From program delivery to reporting and identifying selling opportunities, this role offers variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference.
Please note that you will be required to work three days per week in the clients Cork offices, and one day per month in the clients Dublin and Limerick offices.
What you will help us to achieve
• Co-design and implementation of a globally recognised wellbeing programme services to new and existing corporate clients.
• Drive engagement on-site and support employee resource groups
• Deliver wellbeing programmes aligned to client goals
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party providers and internal teams
• Collect, analyse, and report on programme effectiveness using health data and commercial insights
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients based on program outcomes
• Support internal stakeholders with wellbeing expertise and guidance
• Ensure clear signposting to mental health, financial wellbeing, DEI, and other support services
• Maintain attention to detail across bookings, invoicing, and program delivery
What you will need to be successful in the role
• Experience implementing multi-site wellbeing programmes in the technology sector
• Experience in design/delivery of mental health programmes
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits and services
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with most or all of the following:
• Experience in a corporate business environment
• Health promotion, public health or relevant qualification
• Strong account/client management and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation delivery
• Ability to write reports and interpret health-related data
• Ability to measure the impact and effectiveness of wellbeing programmes
• High attention to detail and follow-through
