How the Programme Works:

During this 12-week internship programme, we will offer you the opportunity to work in one of our main areas of business – Investment Management and Investment Distribution – where you will gain experience and exposure to many of our business activities. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the day-to-day running of Ireland's leading investment firm, working alongside experienced professionals. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your professional and peer network by attending networking and social events. Find out more about what we do here. Aside from hands-on, on-the-job experience, you may be involved in research and development initiatives, analysing key market trends and business developments. You will also be given the opportunity to present to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer on your experience with Keyridge, highlighting your learnings and observations during your time with the business. We will provide you with consistent support and supervision during your internship period and you will have access to experienced professionals while you develop your knowledge and understanding throughout the programme.

About us
