Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a key oversight function within Keyridge’s Securities Servicing business, helping strengthen the governance, controls and resilience that support our clients and wider business.
Team Background
Reporting to the Head of Asset Servicing, the Operations Oversight Manager will provide independent oversight of Keyridge’s regulatory reporting obligations across MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR, while supporting the firm’s operational resilience and business continuity agenda.
The role sits within Asset Servicing, part of Securities Servicing and BTS, and combines regulatory reporting governance, supplier oversight, business continuity and resilience activities in a collaborative, practical and business-focused environment.
What you will help us to achieve
• Provide oversight of regulatory reporting obligations under MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR, including reporting completeness, accuracy, timeliness, exception management and reconciliation outcomes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate practical business responses to new or evolving requirements, working with internal stakeholders, service providers and industry partners.
• Act as a key subject matter expert and escalation point for regulatory reporting matters, including rejected trades, reporting exceptions, data quality issues and service provider queries.
• Support the firm’s operational resilience framework, including important business service mapping, impact tolerance considerations, scenario testing and resilience reporting.
• Support business continuity management activities, including plan maintenance, business impact assessments, testing, lessons learned and management reporting.
• Contribute to supplier risk and third-party oversight activities, including DORA-related requirements, supplier governance, service reviews and remediation tracking.
• Prepare clear governance materials, insights and updates for management committees, senior stakeholders, clients and regulatory or audit reviews as required.
• Build strong working relationships across Keyridge, Group functions, suppliers and external partners to promote effective governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
What you will bring
• Experience in investment operations, asset servicing, regulatory reporting, operational compliance, risk management or a related financial services environment.
• A practical understanding of investment operations, trade lifecycle processes, governance, controls and regulated operating environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes and support effective, risk-based decisions.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on actions and deliver quality outputs to agreed timelines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage constructively across teams, suppliers, clients and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn, challenge existing practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Advantageous
• Knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR or related regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, supplier risk management, DORA readiness or broader governance and risk frameworks.
• Professional qualifications in business, finance, investment operations, compliance, risk management or a related discipline.
