Role Overview
As PR Manager, your role will enhance and protect the reputation of our brand. You will be responsible for planning and executing PR activity to support business objectives, managing reactive media communications in collaboration with our PR agency and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media
- Plan and execute PR communications and campaigns focused on enhancing our reputation.
- Manage reactive media queries with our PR agency and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and develop messaging for campaigns with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain key corporate narrative and proofpoints
- Monitor media coverage and produce regular PR performance and sentiment reports.
- Support business units with consumer campaigns and media opportunities.
- Liaise with PR agency daily to maximise positive coverage
Communications & Content
- Write campaign briefs with KPI’s and edit content for press releases.
- In collaboration with colleagues, ensure consistent corporate messaging
- In campaign, coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling assets that showcase our brand meeting brand guidelines and within budget.
Marketing, Campaign & Event Support
- Collaborate with the business teams to align PR activity with wider employer and consumer campaigns.
- Support influencer and ambassador programmes.
- Contribute to digital and social media content development.
Internal & Stakeholder Communications
- Support internal updates and communications to staff, customers, and partners.
- Maintain and update crisis communications plan
- Assist in preparing stakeholder reports, presentations, and materials.
- Advise and brief senior stakeholders on communications issues and opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Participate in internal initiatives to support continuous team development.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and sectoral knowledge.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in PR (agency or in-house).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with PR agencies, senior stakeholders, and brand ambassadors.
- Financial Services experience (either in-house or agency) is highly desirable.
- Strong digital and social media skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do, results orientated attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver on time.
