These are entry level roles and would suit someone looking to advance their administration career in a professional financial services environment.  We are currently taking applications from ambitious people that want to join a progressive and supportive team.

What we are looking for


  • You will be providing high quality customer service and business support to our range of customers dealing with incoming customer queries over the phone, via email, and post.
  • The ability to work on MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook) is required for the role, and your communication, typing skills and grammar will need to be of a high standard to succeed.
  • Our standard opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. However, flexitime is in operation. We’ll help support your work/life balance and in turn your flexibility will help support the wider team. 
  • We constantly encourage people to give their ideas on how we can make our systems and processes better.  So if you are an ‘ideas person’ – we want to hear your suggestions.

Please note that candidates will need to have 2 honours (C3 or higher) in 2 higher level subjects in the Leaving Certificate, and at least a pass in ordinary level Maths & English. If completed pre 2007 this requirement may not apply to you. If you have gone on to achieve a higher diploma, degree, or higher in a business related topic the minimum Leaving Certificate requirements do not apply. (Documentary evidence will be required at a later stage).
