About this opportunity
As our business operating model further evolves in 2025, a new opportunity has arisen for a People Analytics Manager who will play a critical role in transforming our HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve organisational performance.
What is the purpose of this Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Change, this role will enhance and support the development of people analytics capabilities both within HR and with people leaders, using storytelling and compelling visuals to deliver insights. The role holder will have the ability to use data visualisation, storytelling, and advanced analytics to empower the business to make data-driven decisions, influencing talent strategies, organisational development, and overall company success. Additionally, the role holder will help establish and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure the integrity and security of HR data.  
 

What you will help us to achieve


1.    Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to identify key data needs and translate HR data into actionable insights that influence talent management, organisational growth, and financial performance. 
2.    Visualisation & Storytelling: Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like OneModel, Power BI or Tableau to communicate key HR insights and develop compelling narratives around data insights. 
3.    Collaboration & Deep-Dive Analysis: Partner with and collaborate with the broader HR team and business areas to perform deep-dives on topics e.g. DEI, drivers of retention, compensation analysis, workforce planning. 
4.    Leveraging Technology & Advanced Analytics: Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to analyse large datasets and stay current with the latest trends in people analytics and data science. 
5.    Data Governance & Framework Development: Establish and oversee a robust data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. 
6.    Support HR Strategy & Operational Efficiency: Provide data-driven insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives, and support operational HR decisions. 
7.    Communication & Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping them utilise data to enhance decision-making and drive improvements in areas like talent acquisition, development, and employee experience. 
8.    Coaching: This role will enhance and support the development of people analytics capabilities within HR. 
 

What you will need to be successful in the role


We are seeking to appoint a Talented Analytics Manager who has proven experience in a Data Analytics role. 
The ideal candidate will have: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications in data science or people analytics is a plus. 
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role. 
•    Strong experience with HRIS platforms, data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Experience with machine learning techniques is a plus, but not required.  
•    Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes through data.
