Job Purpose
Irish Life Wellbeing was established with the purpose of enabling people to live healthier lives. We have a newly created role in our growing team to lead our Wellbeing Programme Design. This role will play a key part in driving our scaling business forward and will be part of a new and exciting Wellbeing division. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Wellbeing expert to join the team.
The focus of this role is to design a portfolio of Wellbeing Programmes for Corporate Clients based on global customer and industry insights. Responsible for the design of Wellbeing programmes for Irish Life Wellbeing for use with organisations.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will:
• Work with the extended Irish Life Wellbeing Expert team and the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure programmes are designed with the relevant expert credentials and accreditations in place
• Design programmes that are aligned to known customer insights and Industry trends that will drive engagement and measurable impact
• Coordinate and develop our eLearning suite of programmes
• Incorporate the use of varied design options to include self-study; instructor led programmes; peer led programmes etc
• Ensure programmes are designed to deliver measurable impact which can be recorded by the facilitator measurement of programmes
• Development of training materials and marketing collateral to support learning objectives
• Expert delivery of ILW programmes onsite/online for clients as required
• Co-ordination of a network of trainers
• Booking management and set up support for trainers
Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Requirements for role:
• Professional qualification in Organisational Learning and Development/ E-Learning & Design/Other relevant
• Proficient in: Learning Management Systems (e.g. Articulate 360; Moodle) & MS Office Packages particularly MS PowerPoint
• Excellent Communication skills (written; verbal; presentational)
• Professional experience designing and delivering Corporate Wellbeing Programmes
• Min of 2 years experience in similar roles
Ideal skills:
• Mental Health Expertise to assist with design of relevant programmes
• Proven track record in designing and delivering corporate wellbeing programmes
• Management/HR consultancy skills
• Qualification in Psychology (Positive Psychology; Organisational; Clinical; Counselling); Coaching
• Digital marketing skills
