Role Overview

 

As a member of the Talent and Organisational Capability team you will play a crucial role in supporting the identification and development of talent within the organisation to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.  You will possess an understanding of talent management and succession planning processes and best practice in talent development. This role will partner mostly with the Talent and Succession Planning Manager and work collaboratively across the HR Team.  

Key Accountabilities:

•    Annual Talent Review Cycle
 - Responsible for project management of talent reviews at JG12 and supporting the project management of the annual process at JG13+
 - Working across the HR Team to ensure the annual review cycle is conducted effectively and within timelines
 - Supporting with metrics and reporting
•    Working with the Talent and Succession Planning Manager, supporting the implementation of talent development initiatives such as coaching and mentoring programmes
•    Supporting the setting up of a centralised intake process for talent development requests. 
•    Succession Planning – Partner with the Talent & Succession Planning Manager and ensure a more automated and efficient succession planning process. Responsible for the project management of succession planning process and timelines and working across the wider HR Team on this. 
•    External best practice – stay up to date with the latest developments in talent and leadership development and the movement to a more automated digital talent experience for all employees. Bring this outside in thinking to your role and peers. 
•    Design and implement initiatives for the development of local talent.
•    Facilitate workshops focused on development and talent management and responsible for the rollout and project management of talent development initiatives and programmes. 
•    Working with the broader skills and capabilities and communication team, ensure that all employees have clear access and information on all development activities.  
•    Deliver/project manage the delivery of new skills and capability projects/programmes on request. 
•    Support the project management of European and Local Talent development initiatives. 
•    Vendor and budget management on request.
 

Criteria For Role:

 

•    Experience and knowledge of talent management, succession planning and related HR functions  
•    Good understanding of talent assessment and talent management tools and methodologies
•    Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and skills gaps and design effective interventions
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong facilitation skills
•    Experience and interest in digital tools and automation always striving for simpler and more efficient employee processes. 
•    Excellent project management, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
•    Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate metrics to actionable insights.
