Role Overview
Our Financial Planning distribution business, encompassing our Financial Advice team, Bancassurance, Worksite proposition and Digital Advice team, is embarking on an ambitious growth agenda to meet changing customer expectations around financial advice.
To support this growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Financial Advisers to provide high‑quality, professional advice to individual customers and businesses, helping them to understand and plan for their financial needs.
This role operates under a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our modern Dundalk office and 3 days working from home. You will deliver tailored advice remotely, working with a portfolio of existing Irish Life customers, giving you a strong platform to build and maintain long‑standing client relationships.
We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.
What we Offer
We have embraced a hybrid working model across most roles, giving you a balanced mix of home working and office collaboration. In the office, you will be part of a supportive team of Financial Advisers who share best practice and learn from one another.
We invest significantly in your development. You will complete a structured, comprehensive 5‑week onboarding programme to ensure you have the technical knowledge, sales process understanding and system expertise needed to succeed. This is followed by ongoing coaching, training and mentoring, as well as full educational support to obtain and maintain relevant professional qualifications.
We offer a clear and transparent career pathway, with progression linked to performance, qualifications and core competencies:
